About
I've spent 15 years in the engine room of MEA commercial real estate — structuring deals, running complex RFPs, and sitting across the table from some of the world's most demanding occupiers.
As Partner and Head of Industrial & Logistics UAE at Knight Frank, I've closed over 1,000 transactions totalling more than USD 480 million. My approach is straightforward: understand what the client actually needs, know the market well enough to know what's realistic, and close.
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) since 2021 and holder of a Master's in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University. I speak regularly at proptech events, industry conferences, and panels — and believe the best market intelligence comes from being in the deal, not watching from the sidelines.
